Our price for processing beef is .70 cents a pound on the dressed weight with a $60.00 dollar slaughter fee. Please contact us by phone to set up an appointment to drop off your beef, it takes 10 to 14 days to process your beef. A beef dresses out at 55 to 60 percent of the live weight, you can expect to receive 35 to 40 percent of the live weight in finished product. Click here for assistance in cutting your beef.
